First time ordering a refurbished… First time ordering a refurbished laptop from CompTechDirect. Package was delivered on time with lots of packaging airbags. However, the laptop box was torn from sides and was retaped. Anyway, contents inside were complete and all good. It came with Windows 10 Canadian French, but I'm savvy enough to get in and reset and upgrade to Windows 11 US English without any problems. Overall, got what was described.

My printer arrived damaged My printer arrived damaged. It did not complete the initial setup. Seller refunded my purchase, but I had to ship back the unit at my own expenses, which were not insignificant, being this a fairly bulky item. I did not read their return policy ahead of time. I just assumed my shopping experience would be on par with other well established online merchants where free returns for any reason are a given.

I love the size of the laptop I love the size of the laptop, but haven't set it up let. Had some delivery issues with Fedex, but i received it this morning. I left home this morning and when i returned it was on the porch; i was told by Fedex that the original Saturday delivery would be changed to Monday so i went shopping Saturday but when i returned home a note from Fedex was on my door saying they came by and that i needed to sign for the package so they said they would come back Monday, but they dropped it off this morning without a signature. I have the package now so im cool.

I think your Customer Care to be… I think your Customer Care to be excellent. The one problem I had, had nothing to do with you or your company. It had to do with the shipping company. Because I found your Customer Care person so supportive and helpful, I did not purchase an item elsewhere. I decided to try and again. I am happy that I did. Not only were you able to help me find a better unit, with more bells and whistles so to speak the price was still very reasonable. Further, as told the item arrived on time, if not earlier than expected. I am very pleased to have found this company and I will certainly seek them out as a first choice in the future. Super router! Super router! Style: Netgear / Nighthawk This router made all the difference in our WiFi. It was super easy to set up and, after setup gave us blazingly fast internet access. Wish I had gotten it years ago. It was highly recommended to us by our provider. And specially when I called Comptechdirect for their suggestion the best customer service I have experienced!!! I will definitely comeback to Comptechdirect !!
