GBSuper router! Super router! Style: Netgear / Nighthawk This router made all the difference in our WiFi. It was super easy to set up and, after setup gave us blazingly fast internet access. Wish I had gotten it years ago. It was highly recommended to us by our provider. And specially when I called Comptechdirect for their suggestion the best customer service I have experienced!!! I will definitely comeback to Comptechdirect !!

GBMy printer arrived damaged My printer arrived damaged. It did not complete the initial setup. Seller refunded my purchase, but I had to ship back the unit at my own expenses, which were not insignificant, being this a fairly bulky item. I did not read their return policy ahead of time. I just assumed my shopping experience would be on par with other well established online merchants where free returns for any reason are a given.

GBFast shipping and delivery Fast shipping and delivery. However ever the laptop came defective. Blue screen on death during initial setup, crashed at least 20 timws. Had to do a factory reset a few times since it kept crashing. Will not buy refurb again from this vendor. New might be a different story.
