Late intervention saves the day? I ordered a LG Electronics 60LB7100 through NiceElectronics website on Cyber Monday. After having an issue with stockage, Alfred (a manager) got in contact with me and wanted to make it right. He worked with me to come up with a solution that met my needs without any additional costs. I am still waiting for my product, but I am much more convinced that this company wants to do the right thing. Once I actually receive the product, I will edit this review (again) with my final thoughts on the transaction. For now, I am giving them 5/5 due to the personal intervention of the manager.

Great Experince Nice Electronics and in particular Nick and Victor have been fantastic. My TV was delivered in great condition and on time as promised. Customer service was excellent and all my questions were answered promptly. I was skeptical about them due to mixed online reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised but the level of professionalism and good service. I highly recommend them for your electronics needs. Will definitely re-order from them again.

Top notch customer service from (name). I had a little bit of a bumpy road at first with Nice Electronics but then I got (name) on the Phone and he fixed everything. He is a super nice guy and really seems to care about his customers. I think it is really top notch of them to call and try to resolve my issues.

you'll never get a penny from them hi, I've been out of pocket since Jan since I bought a drone that wasn't up to much the company said not to worry as they would send maximum refund $60 but the refund hasn't turned up! I did accidentally sent£50 to them fearing the worst but it was fixed within a day so I don't get how they won't refund me

Samsung 75 4k TV My experience is excellent. After I placed order, want to check with customer care person about my order. And he advised and upgraded model which is really great. He offered me good deal on the TV. And they shipped immediately. I am surprised the speedy process. Really great. I am excited to receive the TV in few days and enjoy the TV.
