New customer First time using back flip saw it on Facebook was a little sceptical but I took a chance glad I did the had a hard time finding my place but we stayed on the phone until he found me he was really nice I got estimate the next 24 hours later Amazon gift card I love this company I'm already on my second sell can't wait to clean house and sell. Nightmare come true. I got a quote about an iMac computer I was trying to sell for $310. Was completely honest about the condition sent it off and a timely manner, and was denied the amount they offered me for the computer without explanation then asked if I would like to pay them $5 to recycle it for me. When I told them I would like it return to me it was not shipped back to me for two and a half weeks after I contacted customer service four times. Since then they've uploaded the tracking information and it has been "delivered" to the wrong address, and they are not held accountable for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is wanting a legitimate sale. You be better off going to the Eco booth in the mall.

I cannot believe this service exists I cannot believe this service exists. I saw an ad online, went to their website, scheduled a pickup time and boom Backflip was at my door picking up my old household items I wasn't using anymore. AND I got paid within 24 hours! It was so easy. I have now used this service three times and Backflip never fails to disappoint!

I have used Backflip a couple times now… I have used Backflip a couple times now and they're great! Setting up a pick up is quick and easy, and communication on my items is prompt and clear as well. So far, I've had no issues and will be using them again when I do another de-cluttering! It's great to have a service like this that can help reduce waste by reusing these items.

Beware Bakflip MK4 only lasted 6 months I purchased a Bakflip/ford tonneau cover for my 2022 ford F150. I purchased from a truck business not the ford dealership. After 6 months the rubber hinge between the sections split. I reached out to Bakflip who said I would have to go through the ford cares department because it has a ford emblem on it. The ford dealership would not approve my receipt because they said they must have an invoice. Bakflip doesn’t have a replacement rubber, my plan is to put a metal hinge on the section.
