I stumbled on Backflip on Facebook I stumbled on Backflip on Facebook. So happy I decided to give them a try. Super easy from beginning to end. Lots of options with scheduling to fit my schedule. Great communication throughout the process. Courteous driver. An offer was made in a timely manner. Once I accepted , the payment was quick. I like that there are 3 options on how you want to be paid. At first I had a little trouble locating exactly what was accepted but once I looked around the site, I found what I needed to know. Backflip is my favorite way to sell items.

Nightmare come true. I got a quote about an iMac computer I was trying to sell for $310. Was completely honest about the condition sent it off and a timely manner, and was denied the amount they offered me for the computer without explanation then asked if I would like to pay them $5 to recycle it for me. When I told them I would like it return to me it was not shipped back to me for two and a half weeks after I contacted customer service four times. Since then they've uploaded the tracking information and it has been "delivered" to the wrong address, and they are not held accountable for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is wanting a legitimate sale. You be better off going to the Eco booth in the mall.

So far So far, I've had good experiences with Backflip, I would like to say that I wish there were more opportunities for more items to consider, like purses, books other than textbooks, and shoes. But other than that, I'm good.

Beware Bakflip MK4 only lasted 6 months I purchased a Bakflip/ford tonneau cover for my 2022 ford F150. I purchased from a truck business not the ford dealership. After 6 months the rubber hinge between the sections split. I reached out to Bakflip who said I would have to go through the ford cares department because it has a ford emblem on it. The ford dealership would not approve my receipt because they said they must have an invoice. Bakflip doesn’t have a replacement rubber, my plan is to put a metal hinge on the section.
