Great product and service. I have used a Monnit temperature monitor in my home for about 4.5 years. Most of that time I lived in Fairbanks, Alaska. While on vacation in New Zealand during late winter, the monitor alerted me to an abnormal drop in temperature in my house. My furnace had malfunctioned. The early warning allowed me to remotely initiate repairs before my house froze. Thank you Monnit for a dependable monitoring system that literally saved me thousands of dollars in damages.

Great products, better service Very pleased with my Monnit experience. My sales rep was helpful in recommending the right system for my needs. There was a slight issue with setup, that after a call to their amazing support to determine I had input the wrong settings. Now everything is running great!

Tech is So Good I've Forgotten Her Name! When we started out, we definitely had some issues. but Monnit's tech staff is very good. I feel that I'm quite computer literate, but I was very thankful to have their staff help me out. I have to give my thanks to the entire staff, but I especially need to thank one person in general for not only helping me, but calling back at random times to make sure everything is okay. Here's the crux of the situation: It's been so long since I've had any trouble whatsoever, I don't remember her name!

We've had the system for about a year now and getting ready to expand further with more Gateways and Sensors. We have had zero problems from purchasing to install on their products. They are very reliable and customer service is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We have a wide arrangement of sensors in use and are able to monitor everything 24/7 with the Web based software and phone Apps. There has been several overall improvements to both software and sensors since last year and we have been excited to be a part of the growth of Monnit providing industry solutions through the IoT platform.
