Great product and service. I have used a Monnit temperature monitor in my home for about 4.5 years. Most of that time I lived in Fairbanks, Alaska. While on vacation in New Zealand during late winter, the monitor alerted me to an abnormal drop in temperature in my house. My furnace had malfunctioned. The early warning allowed me to remotely initiate repairs before my house froze. Thank you Monnit for a dependable monitoring system that literally saved me thousands of dollars in damages.

Boat health Have been using two battery charge level senors and one high water sensor on my berthed boat linked via cell service to Monnit monitoring. Work great. No high water alerts (yay!) but do occasionally get a low battery warning when I've forgotten to burn off the master switch.

If you're looking to be proactive and… If you're looking to be proactive and avoid potential disasters, you'll need temp sensors from Monnit. Look no further, they've saved us on numerous occasions! Their support staff is phenomenal as well and you'll feel comfortable dealing with them one-on-one.

Product works intermittently and Monnit… Product works intermittently and Monnit blames installer straight from EVP, “ you did not follow directions!!” Of course we did and then redid and then redid, their stuff still did not work. Now on RMA and of course a month or so out. Perfect way to share with end customer - incompetence at the executive level.

Brilliant products that work very well Brilliant products that work very well. Only qualm is how the glass vial temperature buffers mount to the fridge - I was provided with double-sided tape, which has trouble in humid environments. I suggested to Monnit that they incorporate a plastic holder that you can screw into the fridge, which holds the vial off the side wall. Supposedly they are working on something currently to solve this. Other than that, all works great, ALTA sensors have a great range (not quite the 1000ft as advertised, but we get a fair distance through buildings, etc)
