Customer service Customer service / phone availability hours were too short. My order took two business days to process. Thus I missed my window of opportunity to use the camera I'd ordered (for a business trip). On the plus side, once I did get ahold of customer service, I was treated well, and was able to cancel my order and save the overnight shipping charges that I no longer needed.

About as easy as it gets. Bought a Fuji camera, one of the last ones available in this model. Gadget Circuit had it lower than anyone else that had them. They take PayPal, and the estimated delivery date was 4 days. Next day was notified it shipped and it would have been here the next day if not for the weekend. Super easy ordering, PayPal, fast shipping, item received in excellent condition and well packaged. You get an email when the order is placed, when the item is packed and when the item is shipped. I am in the process of starting a side… I am in the process of starting a side business of being a part-time photographer. I ordered a set of cameras from here and just as I suspected they were great. Judging from the YouTube videos is why I really decided to go this company in particular. My experience has been good and I can honestly say that I’m happy with my camera. I am about to actually go back on the site and browse for a few Lindsey’s that can be a better quality fit than the one that came with the camera.

The website was easy to use, the purchase went without problems, the product purchased was at an excellent price, shipped, and delivered as advertised. No issue with the received item. Only reason for giving them four stars is that I have only ordered from them this one time. Prefer to reserve five stars for consistent performance over multiple orders.
