GBHe should be training others or in management Jario was absolutely amazing! That young man is an asset to your company and should be given a hell of a raise! I was dealing with an issue that others before him were not able to resolve. But he did! He went above and beyond and provided me with the best service and support I think I have ever received. GBThank you! The experience at first was a bit difficult, however, once I got in contact with customer service and help from tech support - everything just went by so smoothly. They were incredibly patient with me as well, waiting for me to connect everything which is what took the longest from this whole experience. I sincerely appreciate the help!

GBThe technician was amazing!!! Meeting on Dec 5th at 400pm PST by wonmyung joo The technician was amazing! I had issues with the equalizer and together we found that I was attempting to set it in the wrong place. Also had an issue with the clock auto setting incorrectly and he directed me to the correct setting to resolve that in android. Very patient and very friendly tech support professional. I enjoyed working with him greatly!
