World Class Support World Class Support I connected with Jes and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. My issues initially was random disconnect. I did a firmware update that fixed the random reboot but the update caused my Apple CarPlay to not play sound. Jes and I tested sound via WiFi and checked config. After a few minutes a new update was provided. Thanks again Jes for your remarkable support!!!

He should be training others or in management Jario was absolutely amazing! That young man is an asset to your company and should be given a hell of a raise! I was dealing with an issue that others before him were not able to resolve. But he did! He went above and beyond and provided me with the best service and support I think I have ever received. Fantastic support Had some issues with getting the radio installed and working properly on my 2019 Ram Powerwagon. Worked first with Robert and then with Alex. Both were amazing but Alex was exceptional. Fast responses and very patient as we worked thru the issues and got everything resolved. Great product and fantastic support.
