Excellent service I bought an EV rider electric scooter. I also purchased a three year extended warranty. Recently my battery went out and I contacted this warranty company. They answered my emails promptly and when I sent them a paid invoice for the new battery and a picture of the old battery they reimbursed me promptly via my PayPal account.
