I like Dockem Anytime I get a new device that requires protection, I always check dockem.com. Their products are very well executed. Their story of being a small business is very appealing also. The website is serviceable. It has all the basic elements to search for what you need. The product sites has an adequate amount of pics showing the product and how the device it fits, well…fits. It offers many methods of payment and levels of shipping. It also has a nice after purchase landing page that shows all the information concerning your purchase.

Great company Great company! This is my 5th purchase. A volume button on the phone case was a bit sharp at the edge, it didn't feel right so I called and with no hesitation, Dockem sent out a replacement and gave me an additional 15% discount on another product. Dockem will always have my support I have been using Dockem mobile accessories for a number of years now. I believe they make products that punch above their price points. Also, they are an American company which is a wonderful bonus. I ordered their saddle leather wallet slip case for my iPhone 11 Pro. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize I ordered the Pro Max version until it arrived in my mail box. Fortunately, dealing with their customer service was an A+ experience. They understood my situation and offered to send me the correct one with no questions asked. I wanted to send back the “mistake” but they insisted that I don’t waste my time doing that. However, I know a couple of people who have that size phone who could benefit from dockem’s workmanship of the case. So, hopefully it will still get some use. They are a great company to support and I will continue to do so as they support the mobile devices I attain.
