It does what is expected It does what is expected, however the ridges around the front glass could be a little higher (ie 2-3mm) and it would feel more secure.

Dockem will always have my support I have been using Dockem mobile accessories for a number of years now. I believe they make products that punch above their price points. Also, they are an American company which is a wonderful bonus. I ordered their saddle leather wallet slip case for my iPhone 11 Pro. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize I ordered the Pro Max version until it arrived in my mail box. Fortunately, dealing with their customer service was an A+ experience. They understood my situation and offered to send me the correct one with no questions asked. I wanted to send back the “mistake” but they insisted that I don’t waste my time doing that. However, I know a couple of people who have that size phone who could benefit from dockem’s workmanship of the case. So, hopefully it will still get some use. They are a great company to support and I will continue to do so as they support the mobile devices I attain.

While I owned my mistake, I was treated with respect and a solution was easily presented. Dayton showed the kindness I seek the world - and I fully appreciated the experience. Excellent product Excellent product. This my second one the first worn out after 3 years. it is really convenient to carry those cards that you use all the time--hotel key, credit card business cards even some easy to reach cash Not sure about the advertised metal insert as it does not sick tight to the magnet on my car dash so I inserted my own metal plate in one of the pockets.
