Very pleased First, customer service was done live via texting. Not my favorite way to communicate, but it was efficient and the operator was polite and knowledgeable. Second, The ordering process was simple, my batteries were shipped the next day and I received them three days from placing the order. I was very pleased with the speed of filling and shipping the order. I left for a backcountry trip the day after they were received and had enough juice to power my old digital camera for the duration of the trip.

Would rate zero if possible Would rate zero if possible. 2 weeks later and Have not received battery. No responses to email or phone calls. Did debit my account but never sent battery. Can't get a hold of anyone to request refund or resolution. Stay away from this company. Total failure on business practices. Crooked.
