The generator arrived promptly The generator arrived promptly. It looked new but it had obviously been run because I could smell gasoline in the tank. The generator started right up and we as quiet as advertised if not quieter. I would say that FactoryPure met all my expectations in terms of describing the product, its condition and its shipping agreements. What else can you ask for.

Purchased FamilyPress Inspire Series 36… Purchased FamilyPress Inspire Series 36 machine with stand and the extended warranty. The manufacture stated we need to ship it back to them for service (since the steam does not come out of all the holes) and when I called FactoryPure about it being covered under the extended warranty - they said the same thing. So how am I supposed to: 1 - find a box to fit this huge machine 2- get it out of the house and to UPS/FedEx Then they say, they will cover the cost of shipping if it is determined that it is covered under warranty. Well we all know how that will go - a big fat no!!! SCAMMERS!!!

We knew we wanted a Cummins product . We knew we wanted a Cummins product . In researching we settled on the 9500 dual fuel with electric and remote as well as manual start. We placed our order with Factory Pure and within 3 working days the Gen set was delivered to our door in 100 % condition. Documents were complete and following detailed instructions, we were in operation in minutes. We were very pleased. Within 36 hours of receiving the Generator we had a complete power outage. We connected the new Cummins in less than 5 minutes, did a warmup run and boom, power on. Freezers and refer food saved and like we never lost power. A few hours later power was restored and we are still smiling. Thank you Factory Pure and Cummins. We would recommend you to everyone needing a back up power system.

Nasty Customer Service ! Everyone is a friend when you buy something but how about customer service? They are rude and very unprofessional. If you return something hopefully you not are lucky like me and wait a month to get a refund back to your credit card. Yep that is not including 15% restocking charge and other fees they get you for. Good luck and hopefully you are not one like me !
