GBThis journey has been a successful one! This journey has been a successful one for me and I would recommend this eating plan to anyone. It worked far better than I had expected. I am struggling to follow it at the moment as I am getting a new kitchen installed and have no proper cooking facilities but just as soon as kitchen is finished I will be back following menus. Doing my best under the circumstances to stick to Keto though.

GBFalse charge As with other reviews I was charged 99 for a service I have not signed you for. I have never even heard of them and have bo notice this charge was coming. I feel very violated especially having looked this up says an app made by women for women. As if women aren't already taken advantage of.

GBRequested a refund for an auto renewal Requested a refund for an auto renewal, I cancelled the renewal on the same day it arrived but they declined to refund and so I have escalated to my bank. some of the products they recommend are difficult to source and because of this its impractical. I'd expect a genuinely reputable company to refund if a service was cancelled at the inception and if you explained that the renewal was not wanted - draw your own conclusion from this response from the "Customer Success Team : "We want to confirm that: Your subscription has been canceled, so there will be no additional charges and you will not be billed again. As your subscription had already been renewed, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund at this time. You can reactivate your Eative account anytime, we’d be very happy to help you enhance your healthy lifestyle! If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us! GBSCAM! I signed up for this a year ago, and was not happy with the service (it felt deceptive), so I cancelled. A year later (this week) I was charged another $70 for an “annual subscription.” I emailed the customer service folks and was told that “transparency was important” to them, and that they cannot refund me my money for a service I cancelled and do not use. Buyer beware! This place is a scam!
