Do not buy! They offer a 1 year warranty which is false. After 6 months my iPhone stopped working, theoretically they should answer my complaint within 24 hours but after a week I have still no answer. They have robbed me, as I need to buy another phone, of course never ever to them again

Smarter360 is a Turkish company who's warranties are worthless This company Smarter360 is located in the country of Turkey. They do not honor warranties or even respond to communications from their American representatives such as Walmart. I do not believe that either Amazon nor Walmart should do business with the seller because of their lack of regard for representations made about the quality of the phones. Refurbished phones do not come with original Apple batteries and their substitutes are unreliable. In summary, even though you may think that you are saving money, you are not. Do not do business with Smarter360.

Phone did not work properly Phone did not work properly. Apple said the glass interface was probably defective and not reactive to touch as it should be. The phone was sold to me not in a workable condition. I had to get another one.
