Unhappy first time customer. I purchased a Efest Luc v8 from M&A BD Electronics and in just a few weeks multiple bays stopped charging and if they did charge it would dangerously over charge the batteries. I contacted them for a replacement and all they've done is pass me off to the Efest company. After contacting Efest I was told that M&A BD Electronics should have replaced the faulty charger per warranty and contacted them for reimbursement. It's been 2 weeks of sending emails and videos to M&A BD Electronics per there request. Now they have completely stopped all contact with me. I paid good money for a expensive Efest charger to a company that doesn't care about the customer. All they care about is collecting your money and moving on to the next sell. Stay far away from M&A BD Electronics.

I ordered the IMREN IMR 18650 Purple… I ordered the IMREN IMR 18650 Purple 3000mAh 40A High Drain Flat Top Rechargeable Battery for my husband. He loves them! They work perfectly and the price was great, much less than we could have found locally. The only thing better than the batteries is the customer service. I wish that everyone used your customer service model. I haven't had any problems with the product or shipping but you've managed to find 3 different ways to let me know that you value my business and I feel confident that you would correct any problems immediately if I were to encounter them. You have no idea how much I appreciate ordering directly through you as opposed to other companies where I've spent over an hour just trying to figure out how to reach them when an issue occurs because they really don't care what happens to the product or customer after they have received my money.

Buy with confidence. This retailer is the only place I’m confident that I buy genuine Lithium batteries, not the fake one sold in everywhere else. I’ll continue to procure my battery need from M&A Electronics in the future.

Amazing with a tiny downfall It came super fast. Only thing that I didn’t like was there was no way to check on my order through m&a. All together good purchase
