Won't give a return authorization number Ordered a side rail for a crisper drawer for a Whirlpool refrigerator. Order was confirmed for 2 side rails. Parts came fairly promptly but were labeled as center rails. Turns out there is no side rail, the entire frame has to be replaced, which is not their fault. Contacted them about a return, completed the return authorization request form and they have been silent, despite me reaching out via their website three times. No unauthorized returns will be refunded and there is a 30 day limit after which no refund will be given. Do not buy anything from this company

Abysmal Return Policy First, there is no available phone number to contact this firm. Only communications is via an unmonitored email site. Second, the returen policy is totally customer unfriendly! The only acceptable returns are those which were never opened or apparently tried to see if the evne fit the unit they are supposed to repair. It's all on the customer to determine whether the part is correct and working properly. Don't ever use this firm if same part is available especially so if it's available on Amazon who has a much better and customer friendly set of return policies. Oh, and buy the way there are multiple methoda for contacting and communicating with Amazon.

Great experience Site was easy to navigate. Part descriptions with pictures were accurate. Fair pricing and quality products. Fast shipping. I will definitely use again if needed.

The worst appliance parts store anywhere I ordered a refrigerator part LAST April and has never been delivered. I sent emails and all that came back were canned responses. I tried calling but the phone number only goes to voice mail. This place is a sham. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will keep posting bad reviews until I get my money back.
