I cancelled this program for 37.99 plus… I cancelled this program for 37.99 plus shipping and handling when I my credit card company alerted me that I was charged 482.39 I cancelled the same day and they sent me a shipment I refused the shipment via USPS and as soon as they received it they sent out another one via UPS! I have tried calling them until I am blue, I sent an email and got a shipping label it cost me over $24.00 to send it back that was September 3, 2023 I am still waiting for a refund! Please don't be as stupid as I was you can't cancel they don't honor the word "CANCEL ALL ORDERS" the same day it was placed! I know they received it on the same day because they replied to my email

$37 scam I joined and paid the $37. I was most annoyed when I couldn't exit the transaction as the Dr kept trying to sell 3 other products which he claims will enhance the performance. I think that was tacky. Introduce the full program up front and let people decide if they wast yo spend $2000 for the year rather than lure you in with $37 and then trying to scam you. Luckily I did not sign up gor any extras. Word of advise. When doing these online purchases do not use your usual debit or credit card. Use a card that is usually empty and you need to transfer money to in order to make a purchase. That way they can't take your money when the card is empty.

Don’t believe the hype! Ugh! So over these kinds of companies that are capitalistic and founded on fakery. Save your money and time for legitimate businesses that treat customers with respect. God forbid you Want a refund! Expect the criminals to steal a chunk of your hard earned money but not until after a good battle and threats on your part. Buyer be aware! Really disappointed.

I wish I'd read these reviews before buying a hormonal balance plan from them, unfortunately I got scammed out of a few sterling pounds as contacting them to obtain a refund as per their money back guarantee is absolutely pointless. As we say in my country, I hope they spend my money on medicines. *EDIT* They replied and asked for my contact info 10 days ago, which was promptly provided and they are yet to get in touch, so please don't think they will actually refund you, it's all for show!

Be aware Joined and purchased some products. Had to return a few items and over 2 weeks later still waiting for refund. Had to provide them with their own return info that they originally sent me and my tracking number, and still waiting. Poor quality exercise videos that freeze or blank screen when playing. Cancelled membership and will see if they try to keep charging me.
