Don’t waste your money Don’t waste your money. The videos are somewhat creepy as he cheers you on. Like someone I would completely avoid at the gym. Then you will get emails trying to get you to buy products because you may have low estrogen. The emails read as “is your belly drooping or your vagina drying out or you feel like a bloated, shapeless, sweaty old hag…”. No time for age-shaming, misogyny that this programs delivers. (And that is all it delivers)

When you order online you can't go pass… When you order online you can't go pass the 1st purchase until you purchase everything else they are offering. They charged me almost $300 for stuff I didn't want. Then they give you a hard time refunding your money.

Be aware Joined and purchased some products. Had to return a few items and over 2 weeks later still waiting for refund. Had to provide them with their own return info that they originally sent me and my tracking number, and still waiting. Poor quality exercise videos that freeze or blank screen when playing. Cancelled membership and will see if they try to keep charging me.

So I have to ask So I gave it one star because I can't write anything without doing that. So I have to ask. I have read all the reviews that talks about customer service being horrible. That being said..I ordered this program like 5 yrs ago and it sat on a shelf. I have been working out with a trainer and have hit a plateau. After much research over the years, the information provided in the book makes sense. So my question is has anyone actually done this and does it work? One reviewer Alex said that it did, but I would like to hear from more people.
