When you order online you can't go pass… When you order online you can't go pass the 1st purchase until you purchase everything else they are offering. They charged me almost $300 for stuff I didn't want. Then they give you a hard time refunding your money.

Forget this and go to EBay!! I am so relieved I didn’t fall for this program. Sad to see so many folks getting scammed. Another extra long video that never mentions your “hormone type” after you fall for the questions. I was also amazed to see so many of the workout videos on EBay!! I actually purchased one for a fraction of the original price to see if I could actually do the exercises. Sad to see all the weight loss promises out there are nothing but scams trying to get a piece of the pie.

That being said..I ordered this program like 5 yrs ago and it sat on a shelf. I have been working out with a trainer and have hit a plateau. After much research over the years, the information provided in the book makes sense. So my question is has anyone actually done this and does it work? One reviewer Alex said that it did, but I would like to hear from more people.

I would buy the workouts again. I didn't buy any extras and that seems to be the issue with all the one stars. I only bought the workout videos. They are cds so you will need a system that plays cds, but I do enjoy the workouts and they go fast. I wish they had someone there to do the exercises with modifications instead of a quick pop in or no pop in at all.

I cancelled this program for 37.99 plus… I cancelled this program for 37.99 plus shipping and handling when I my credit card company alerted me that I was charged 482.39 I cancelled the same day and they sent me a shipment I refused the shipment via USPS and as soon as they received it they sent out another one via UPS! I have tried calling them until I am blue, I sent an email and got a shipping label it cost me over $24.00 to send it back that was September 3, 2023 I am still waiting for a refund! Please don't be as stupid as I was you can't cancel they don't honor the word "CANCEL ALL ORDERS" the same day it was placed! I know they received it on the same day because they replied to my email
