DON'T BUY REFURBISHED LAPTOPS HERE! Bought a refurbished laptop without any network drivers installed. And pretty much an obsolete computer. Because without those drivers there is no internet or bluetooth access. Thanks to the genius who shipped it without inspecting the product first. Tried to fix it. Computer guy tried to fix. VIPOUTLET SOLD ME A LEMON OF A COMPUTER! DONT BUY REFURBISHED ELECTRONICS FROM THESE GUY'S!

Like so many others Like so many others: bait and switch. Order the newer expensive version of an item and they send the cheaper older version of the item. Is it by accident or they are hoping you don't notice? It seems way too common of a theme to think it happens by accident as often as their reviews say. CS was polite but unhelpful in doing anything other than: 'Please return the item back first so our facility can look for the correct item and ship it back if available." I don't want to be in limbo for weeks. I don't plan to ever order from this company again.

Accurate Description of Complete Item I had been casually researching drones for almost a year. When VIP outlet offered an excellent price on an entry level piece of equipment, I was skeptical. Often, such "bargains" required further purchases of necessary "options," such as controllers or camera parts, in order to be functional. I am happy to report that the item I bought is complete and basically ready to set up and fly. Thanks for reaffirming my faith in fair and honest business transactions.

I had my doubts but they delivered I honestly can not believe it, despite my doubts and the vague reviews I decided to test my faith in humanity and trust the deal. They delivered on the phone I ordered (Idol 5s) quickly and without issue. The only minor complaint I can muster is the screen protector tape they use left a bit of sticky resin that I had to scrub off before use.
