DON'T BUY REFURBISHED LAPTOPS HERE! Bought a refurbished laptop without any network drivers installed. And pretty much an obsolete computer. Because without those drivers there is no internet or bluetooth access. Thanks to the genius who shipped it without inspecting the product first. Tried to fix it. Computer guy tried to fix. No scam, all smiles I've used VIP Outlet twice. Bought a laptop through their Ebay store in January. Just bought a Chromebook through there actual website in November. Each transaction was smooth, no problems. Received both items in quick fashion. This last purchase was faster than my first!
