The PowerProGo Wireless Charging pad… The PowerProGo Wireless Charging pad does not work as advertised, a) It will not sync with my iPhone 12. Out of 25 attempts it might sync once. I even took my phone out of its case and it did not sync. b) pushing the On button does not turn it on ever. I must double-click to get a reading at all. The other ports seem to work ok. Disappointed. We bought 5 of these as stocking stuffers and are embarrassed with this one problematic feature but it isn't worth the hassle to return.

Sadly Sadly, the ChargeHub 5 Elite does not work—the top wireless charger and one of the ports—and one of the extender cable didn’t not work. I wanted an exchange for both but the box had been thrown out. Now I am stuck with equipment that doesn’t not function. I tried the Hubs prior to purchasing them as Christmas gifts. I am not sure if my experience is indicative of the product quality or a problem just with these products.

I also have a REACT for when my family and I take long road trips out of state, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a REACT available for any emergency situation on the road.

My items have still not shipped and through a few emails (because there doesn’t seem to be a phone number) I’ve been unable to get any information aside from an automated email from two weeks ago that said it was delayed. Won’t order again and will be speaking with the BBB as well as my credit card company to dispute the hold/charge if I don’t hear something by 7/6

Faulty products, company won't return emails Ordered some of their products as Christmas gifts, one was broken. I contacted the company on Christmas morning when we discovered the item didn't work, then twice more over the course of 2 weeks. Never had a single response. Total scam. Stay well away.
