GBMy order was placed 29 days ago My order was placed 29 days ago. My items have still not shipped and through a few emails (because there doesn’t seem to be a phone number) I’ve been unable to get any information aside from an automated email from two weeks ago that said it was delayed. Won’t order again and will be speaking with the BBB as well as my credit card company to dispute the hold/charge if I don’t hear something by 7/6

I see sometimes here you do answer so please help me or get the posters or my money back!!! my child 12 years buy this from her own saved money so this is sad!!

GBThe product is excellent; shipping methods need slight improvement The product is excellent. I would wish that shippers would use the words "US Postal Service" instead of its abbreviation, which can so easily be misread as UPS, United Parcel Service. That happened to me, and caused some delay in locating my package once it had arrived.

GBFaulty products, company won't return emails Ordered some of their products as Christmas gifts, one was broken. I contacted the company on Christmas morning when we discovered the item didn't work, then twice more over the course of 2 weeks. Never had a single response. Total scam. Stay well away.
