I thought the website is very user friendly and organize. One of the lowest price on camera, I found this website by using pricegrabber. I would defininetly buy again. Only complaint is, customer service was very hard to reach and took almost two weeks to process our order, it's understandable for this time of year (Christmas shopping). If those two issues are fix, this site will be in business for a very long time.

Execellent pricing, service and prompt delivery. Primotronix came through with the exact Nikon lens I was looking for at the best price I could find. They called to verify the order and provided me with additional products which were on a previous sale to complete items I would have otherwise looked for elsewhere. Oh My GOD!!!!! I think shoving steel needles into my eyes would be a much more pleasurable experience than dealing with these people....BAD SERVICE, RUDE, UPSELLING, OVERCHARGING, SLOW, ETC. ETC. I wish I would have read reviews first before I ordered, if you haven't ordered from these folks yet DON'T!!!!!! Save yourself time and aggravation and go someplace else to get what you're looking for.

Awful, scam company- DO NOT BUY! I fell prey to the same scam. Website said 7-9 business days. Someone called trying to up-sell a bunch of other items, then said the camera wouldn't ship for 3 months! Customer service rep - [name] - was extremely rude and cut me off numerous times. When I asked to speak to his boss, he said he didn't know his name. This is a sham company- order elsewhere. Ill be reporting to the BBB. By the way- the company is getting rid of bad reviews by claiming they didnt buy!!! Check out the BBB complaints, reseller ratings, and yelp to see dozens of other bad reviews

Excellent Prices I was skeptical about Primotronix because I had never heard of them before, but after seeing other reviews I decided to give them a shot. I placed an order for a 7d and the 24-105 L series lens. Less than 24 hours later I was contacted by Charles at primotronix to confirm my order. Not only was he polite, but also offered to upgrade me to FedEx shipping for free. I was told all merchandise is shipped new, in manufacturer's original packaging with warranty. I saved a solid 400 dollars ordering from Primotronix rather than B&H and I'll probably order from them again.
