BUYERS BEWARE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Where to begin with this cesspool of incompetence -Customer service staff fail to do their job - they ask the customer to find a shipping number and contact the shipping company on their own (when they don't even include the shipping number in their email to you). For a company with such frequent updates to its social media it should be a given that they channel the same energy into responding to their paying customers. But why does it take 2 to 3 days to get a one sentence answer? I've actually lost all patience with this pathetic excuse for a scam and sincerely wish I never bothered to click on their page.

Made me sick and slow delivery Slow delivery, and it made me sick. First I drank colon tea and after few Mins I felt nauseous and tired I just assumed that maybe I am really tired like mommy tired who hasn’t slept for almost a year. Next day I tried it again then had smoothie with the butterfly collagen, after drinking them I was feeling sick again and it followed by a headache. I don’t know what is wrong but I really think their product is making me sick. It sucks because I believed this YouTuber who posted about using teami for a long time, she made it sound that teami is magic but it’s just all advertisement. The only thing I liked was you get a free facial brush. No hate with their company though just disappointed, maybe it just affects everyone differently

I have had nothing but great… I have had nothing but great experiences with Teami products as well as their customer service. I just started ordering directly from their site after ordering some of their teas during a FabFitFun sale. I always receive a timely response back from customer service and the shipping times are not bad at all. My items ship out fast but take extra time to arrive since I live in Alaska. I am bummed some people have had such negative experiences, but this hasn't been mine at all.

No star if possible No star if possible. Rating based on delivery. My package says delivered and it has not arrived!!! And then when I said please assist me in getting a missing complaint they said ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY once it has been delivered. WELL IT WASNT DELIVERED thats what im trying to tell them. Then the tracking number can be tracked but when I go to USPS or Canada Post to file a missing complain both are saying my tracking number dont work. My order been delivered MORE THAN 10 DAYS AGO. I dont know who’s lying here but 0 remorse from customer service.

I ordered my beauty fridge and it… I ordered my beauty fridge and it arrived 2 weeks ago. It was a bigger size than I had imagined so I wanted a return. After 4 attempts of emailing them through their customer service website page, zero response. After messaging them through social media, example, instagram, got a response that they will have someone contact me right away. That was 10 days ago, and zero response. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, and it's sad because you see so many instagram "influencers" promoting their products. I wish I had found this page beforehand to know better.
