Bad customer service and not receiving… Bad customer service and not receiving the product as they advertise, called them and they told me it was my fault for not ordering correctly and they do not give refunds, supervisor supposed to call me back til today no call received! Just took my money

Ruin my stomach! Everything was going great until the 4th day of starting the 30 days detox! This tea literally ruin my stomach I have diarrhea everyday I got really bad cramping due to drinking this tea. I never felt so much cramping in my life I ended up twice in the hospital due to this pain ! I never experienced these types of pain I was healthy until the day I decided to drink this “detox tea”.I bought this on April and haven’t drank that since the because of the bad things that happen while on that tea. Till this days doctors don’t know what is going on with me

Made me sick and slow delivery Slow delivery, and it made me sick. First I drank colon tea and after few Mins I felt nauseous and tired I just assumed that maybe I am really tired like mommy tired who hasn’t slept for almost a year. Next day I tried it again then had smoothie with the butterfly collagen, after drinking them I was feeling sick again and it followed by a headache. I don’t know what is wrong but I really think their product is making me sick. It sucks because I believed this YouTuber who posted about using teami for a long time, she made it sound that teami is magic but it’s just all advertisement. The only thing I liked was you get a free facial brush. No hate with their company though just disappointed, maybe it just affects everyone differently

avoid buying their fridge I bought their Teami skincare fridge. It came busted... had a bunch of white stuff dripping all over the inside with multiple cracks in the door. The process for returning it was way longer than it needed to be and highly unprofessional. I emailed them multiple times to even get the process started and after a couple of weeks, I finally got a refund. I just wouldn't even buy anything from this company because I didn't feel valued as a customer and dealing with their customer service was annoying.

Took my money never got item .... I put in a order for the detox face mask. They money was took off my card I paid 27 dollars. It has been 2 whole weeks going on 3 no tracking number sent nothing showing the order is coming. I’m in Georgia their located in Florida it shouldn’t take over a month for me to get even a conformation email. I emailed them twice no response. My wallet was stole so my credit card has been cancelled I can’t get a refund I want what I paid for !!! Update- still never heard from them or got my face mask complete scam !
