GBBuyer be beware Bought 2 of these scooters for myself and my wife, we are in our early 70's, and find visiting different areas we need help getting around. When they arrived, they were easy to assemble and seemed well made. Within a few rides one came up with an E1 error. I called their support center and was rudely told they don't help with warranty issues over the phone and the only warranty resolution was contacting them via email. She was nasty, short and totally not interested that I was having problems with their product! So as directed, I contacted their support through their on-line warranty system. After a week of non-response, I reentered a second request for support. A week later and still no response. That's after the scooter was down for 3 weeks. According to my research this is a common problem with the GoTraX scooter and repair is simple, and inexpensive, just a controller replacement - as it's a known problem it should have been resolved over the phone with just a proof of purchase verification. Frustrated with GoTrax support (or lack of) I contacted Amazon Customer Support and within 30 minutes they reviewed my issue and issued a full refund - WHAT A GOD SENT AMAZON IS!!!! Buyer be beware - if you have problems and GoTrax is no help don't say you weren't warned.

GBMy scooter repeatedly shows an error… My scooter repeatedly shows an error code E9 multiple times on every ride. Can’t go a mile without getting that annoying error code at least once. When I called customer service I waited for almost an hour till I gave up. Sent an email and you guys responded saying you’d send a replacement motor wheel but never followed through. This is the second gotrax I’ve bought, the first I returned on Amazon for also having issues. Regret my purchase. Won’t be recommending.

GBEchoing what others have experienced Echoing what others have experienced, the customer service is AWFUL! It’s dead end communication and you feel like your emails go into the deep, dark abyss with no response for days. We got 2 bikes on March 1 and immediately one started getting Error Code 30. My son has only gotten 2 weeks of ride time, and now his expensive piece of equipment just sits in the garage. It will sometimes turn on, but not worth the risk of riding, as my son has been stranded twice now. Customer service said they would send out a part to address the error code, but I haven’t received any update as to when that piece will arrive. When you try to call the customer service phone number, all it is is a third party call center that helps with absolutely nothing. The bikes are fun, and the price is great, but it may be worth it to spend a little extra with a reputable company that will help when problems arise. Save your money and go somewhere else. It makes me laugh reading these negative reviews and seeing the response from GoTrax, as it has the dead end customer service number on their response, as if calling it will change anything. GoTrax, do better!

CACan’t repair Gotrax ebike parts always sold out I have two Gotrax ebikes that I bought in Canada and the throttle on one of them no longer works. I’m no longer on the warranty, all I want is the part then I can figure out to get it fixed by a bike shop. After 8-9 emails I’m figuring that the customer service is playing with me, probably wishing that I gave up on the matter, since the part I need is sold out in Canada and in the US. No wonder you can’t get a bike shop to repair these bike, 3 bike shops told me they can’t get parts
