I've ordered from FCT three times, but NEVER AGAIN. Delivery was always fine, but on the last order my phone came with a Chinese version not Google Play as ordered. Getting any meaningful tech support has been impossible. My phone has been all but unusable for the last 9 months. Use a different vendor. UPDATE - FCT finally did get in touch and resolve the problem to my satisfaction.

No respond to emails most of the time. But when I get a respond: poor excuses only. Still no phone.. Avoid this company at all costs. be warned: Fastcardtech are scammers
