Warning: never delivered! I ordered and payed a computerbattery from usbphoneworld, but they send a wrong battery. They acknowledged the fault and promised to deliver a new one, Now 6 months later we still have not received our battery. their support team is very friendly and keep saying they will look into the matter, but the result still is no delivery. We have lost more than a 100 dollars dealing with this firm.

So far so good! The ease of identifying what I needed and then ordering were much appreciated. Then, it was at my door in just a couple days! The only thing to do now is see how well the laptop computer battery holds up. If it provides the service suggested, I will recommend USB Phone World without hesitation! When I called I was not able to get through mail box full. To reiterate there was a picture of stereo female to RCA male cord which was needed to work with TV this cord was not sent with but was not expressed as being in package. This unit does have great sound.

The product was fine except the battery pack was not good and now the screen has gone out, So it wasn't such a great deal. I was very happy when the item first arrived but then we found out that the battery pack was no good and after a couple of months the screen quit working. I am therefore quiet unhappy with this company.
