3 year old Gasland electric oven has a… 3 year old Gasland electric oven has a faulty led display. These ovens should last 10 years. Gasland customer service has no Australian contact number, only overseas support people, only contactable by email. They won't supply parts to fix either under warranty or just to buy the new part. These fools at Gasland don't understand the Australian consumer law.A product like an oven should have a serviceable life of more than 10 years I have contacted The NSW Office of Fair Trading and awaiting their response.

lovely hob lovely hob, then I dropped a pan holder while cleaning and it shattered. Tried customer service who are useless. No spare parts available at all, but I could buy a whole new hob for a discount, no thank you. don't bother

scalding and freezing and leaks scalding and freezing and leaks I was just trying to use this out door shower and burned my leg and foot! I hired a contractor to install this. He informed me that several parts needed to be purchased to set it up. He set it up, now beautifully installed, but the water is either Burning hot or freezing cold. And when the shower water controller is shut off it continues to dribble water without stop.he was able to get it barely tolerable for a shower, but as soon as I tried to adjust it using the hot and cold knobs on the front it would shut off when I tried to make it cooler, or be totally burning hot!!!

Worst Customer Service Purchased the Gasland Chef Pro 30in. stainless steel cooktop with the griddle in December 2022 for my wife's Christmas gift. Unboxed and installed the cooktop and found two of the knobs damaged and scratched. They looked like they'd been dropped on a concrete surface and kicked around a bit. Immediately made a warranty request where it was 8 months before we received 2 replacement knobs. Unboxed them and brought them to the stove only to find they're not the right size. I reached out to the warranty department again and they said I should just use them. It's so sad to have a beautiful product at an amazing value with the worst customer service. I even warned them I was going to give them bad publicity. Almost one year later and still unresolved.
