GBI started Beachbody in 2021 and… I started Beachbody in 2019 and attempted to cancel the memberships and subscriptions in 2022. it was a whole thing and prices just to cancel. instead, they not only decided to charge me the following year, but also significantly increased the price and had signed me up for a membership I had never even heard of or was ever notified about. I was charged on a card I wasn't even actively using anymore so that I could pay down a larger charge from a surgery on the card. I didn't notice they had continued to charge me until this year and they had DOUBLED the price having signed me up for more stuff I've never even heard of or had any notice of. shame on you!! white collar crime is rampant and these companies get away with whatever they can because there are ZERO serious consequences to them while they screw everybody else over. they get away with as much as they can for as long as they can until somebody takes notice. and if that never happens, then they just keep taking.

GBLong-time user of Beachbody… I am a long-time user of Beachbody (before on-demand). I like their programs and to this date have not found anything that offers what they do. Yes, they are expensive, compared to some others, but you get what you pay for. They have also worked to reduce their pricing for some offerings. I’ve accidentally canceled and/or purchased unwanted options but their customer service is always helpful and quick to respond. Most recently, I noticed I was signed up for a preferred customer, when contacting to cancel, they did so quickly and a refund was issued. It is a subscription service, so you do need to pay attention to what you signed up for but if you mess up, they make it right.

GBMy membership autorenewed without… My membership autorenewed without notice. They said they sent an email, but I don't have it. I never purposefully set my memberships to autorenew. I had no intention of extending my subscription for the spring and summer months. I hadn't used the service (which they could easily verify). They refused to issue a refund within 30 days staying that policy only applies to the original/ initial order. They didn't do their part by communicating...they just withdrew the money. Bad service. I will never join again nor do I recommend them. They lost my future business and my respect.

GBI have been using beachbody for years I have been using beachbody for years. It was time to renew my annual membership and I have experienced nothing but issues. They do not make it easy to do an annual membership and try to push upgrades and buying supplements. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed

GBTHINK TWICE! BODI charges a hefty price and sends no notice that they will be charging you again for a renewal. Their customer service insists there is “nothing we can do” after your card is charged for another year that you don’t want. Money down the drain. Think twice before subscribing!!
