Issues for Mac based systems The Photostick cannot put the photos/videos on the stick in date order with a Mac based system at this time. So your photos/videos will be in completely random order. The first customer support person I asked about this issue sent me a solution for a Windows based system. Ignoring the fact that I had said about needing a Mac based solution. The second support person was far more upfront and honest about this issue. So, yes, it backs up your photos and videos but that's it for Mac based systems. I would not recommend for a Mac based system at this stage.

Ordered, never received Ordered. Never received. Tracking said DHL sent it back. Never received any form of communication from DHL re delivery. Contacted supplier asking for reimbursement. Automated responses to my emails. No product received, no reimbursement either. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Customer Caring After I notified your company about the missing package you ask for information about what happened. You verified my info and let me know it was being shipped express mail which is more than you had to do. Thanks for your help and quick correction. The difference in a happy customer is the person that gets the complaint handled. You do a great job for your company and make a big difference in how the customer feels about doing business with them again. I will continue be a customer with this kind of service.
