You verified my info and let me know it was being shipped express mail which is more than you had to do. Thanks for your help and quick correction. The difference in a happy customer is the person that gets the complaint handled. Very Disappointed
GBExtremely poor customer service I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I received. Ghine was unhelpful, inconsistent, and lacked the ability to provide a solution to my request. It seemed as if I was talking to an AI bot instead of an actual human. I would actively advise any future customers of this company to save your time, energy, and money.

She went above and beyond in helping me accomplish my task. The Xtra-PC Ultra is a great product. Good turnkey solution for older computers. It extends the usable life of them!

AUI ordered and paid for my Photo Stik in…December 2023 I ordered and paid for my Photo Stik in December 2023 and it is now April 2024 and I have not received it. If you are not willing to provide my stick please return my money or provide my Stik.I have read reviews and realise I am not the only one who has not received the Stick.
