GBDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FITNESSBLOWOUT.COM Paid almost $3,000 dollars for a exercise machine - found out I'll never receive it. Jim the owner will take your money and never deliver. I contacted the local police dept who stated the address listed for the business is actually a dentist office who has no idea who fitnessblow.com is nor are they part of the business. The address listed is fake. More than likely Jim runs this out of his house. The police made contact with Jim at his home. An arrest warrant should be issued shortly from what I was told by Sgt Guierrez. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS! !!! The California Dept Of Justice is in the process of filing the paperwork to have the business closed/shutdown. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM FITNESS BLOWOUT Zero customer service response. No way to contact a live person who can help you, and they honestly don't care about follow-up. Even though I PAID IN FULL they still reported me to a collection agency and will not stop the collection agency from calling me. Avoid these guys like the plague.

GBGreat Service I recently needed a new motor drive belt for my CardioZone Foldaway, which was purchased from Fitnessblowout.com a few years ago. When I called I reached a gentleman named David. He immediately helped me, not only ordering the belt, but recommending an excellent repairman, who subsequently picked up the belt and installed it. The entire experience could not have been easier. What a relief.

GBDitto all the one star reviews... Folks, I call this the "non-customer service company". As well confirmed by the overwhelming number of one star (mostly because zero stars not an option) these guys are liars and thieves. Fortunately for me, I received the treadmill I ordered however the trouble began when I tried to get some customer service on the "lifetime warranty" I purchased. I've been working on this for six months and I'm finished with these people (which I'm sure they count on). Now I'm taking my campaign to the BBB, social media, and the CA Attorney General.

GBScam, horrible!!!! I ordered a $3000 equipment last Dec.5, 2013 but after they charged my credit card , you are on your own to figure out where was your order ...No 1 wants to talk to me when I follow up after 8 weeks of patiently waiting that was supposedly 2 weeks delivery then 3 weeks , a month , the receptionist was rude to customer that has paid already she said she only connects call for new ordering people. It's good my credit card got my money back because they want me to pay for 20% restocking and shipping fee for an imaginary equipment which they don't have in stock to ship to me. Thanks to my credit card staff , I don't have to deal with scammers.
