Found Finally! I was able to find a remote for my Onkyo receiver on Remotes.com for about $15 less then other websites. It arrived and i was able to operate my receiver instantly with my new remote. It looks and operates just like the original. Am very pleased.

Don’t waste your time or money. Terrible company, ordered a remote, it came, didn’t work. Contacted them company and they told me they don’t sell a remote for my unit and that I had ordered one for an entirely different brand. I showed them Where on their own website That they advertise having a remote for my unit. They apologized and said they’ll have it looked into, and that if I pay at my own expense to return it they will Refund my the cost of the remote. This was Completely their Error, but expected me to eat the shipping costs. Meanwhile they have not changed their website, so someone else will fall victim to their con.

Takes no responsibility for defective items. Received a defective device from Remotes.com and burden of return/replacement was placed on the customer. Item had not been placed in service yet, but provider would not take any responsibility for righting the issue. Just a very poor experience.

I mean I did get a working remote I ordered a remote for a tv on 6/18, 9 days later I had to reach out and email someone because I was never given a tracking number. Kassandra was kind enough to inform me that "the remote was out of stock when I placed the order". I was never made aware that the remote was out of stock, specifically not when I placed the order. No worries though because, they were expecting a shipment of remotes soon. Lo and behold after another email from "Kass" they received their order of remotes and unfortunately mine wasn't on that shipment (oof). In all fairness I was offered a refund at this point or I could keep the order and they would give me priority shipping at no cost to me. Mind you I had already paid for shipping that was running roughly 2 weeks behind. I received the remote on 7/13. I took 25 days for me to get the remote. that being said it works fine and I believe it be brand new as advertised. The real issue here is clearly their lack of communication, I should NOT have to reach out to be told the thing I ordered was out of stock. Look elsewhere first or you maybe waiting a while for your orders and never know it. Also for 2021 the website is poorly designed and hard to navigate.

Never buy from them Never buy from them! I ordered a remote control on January 18 I have never received it written 3 times to the company no response since.
