IERemote does not work. No refund offered. $50. LOST RemotesRemotes.com /corrected website (Easily confused with a reputable company) Well. I have had excellent customer service with speedy replies with this company but that is absolutely the only positive thing so far, because the remote has not ever worked at all. I replaced the batteries for new ones twice. I took it to the car dealer and no hopes there as they told me it was an inferior product, and then I took it to best buy stereo installer and he said it will not function. So after googling and carrying on- all during covid, I have finally given up and now the window for return is over. $50. Gone forever. They will not return my money, there is no supervisor to speak with and guess what...no feedback or reviews can be left on their website. I do not recommend this company at all. 👎

GBI mean I did get a working remote I ordered a remote for a tv on 6/18, 9 days later I had to reach out and email someone because I was never given a tracking number. Kassandra was kind enough to inform me that "the remote was out of stock when I placed the order". I was never made aware that the remote was out of stock, specifically not when I placed the order. No worries though because, they were expecting a shipment of remotes soon. Lo and behold after another email from "Kass" they received their order of remotes and unfortunately mine wasn't on that shipment (oof). In all fairness I was offered a refund at this point or I could keep the order and they would give me priority shipping at no cost to me. Mind you I had already paid for shipping that was running roughly 2 weeks behind. I received the remote on 7/13. I took 25 days for me to get the remote. that being said it works fine and I believe it be brand new as advertised. The real issue here is clearly their lack of communication, I should NOT have to reach out to be told the thing I ordered was out of stock. Look elsewhere first or you maybe waiting a while for your orders and never know it. Also for 2021 the website is poorly designed and hard to navigate.

GBThey showed it would take 5-6 days to… They showed it would take 5-6 days to receive key. After 5 days I notice the tracking number didn’t even show it in the system. I “chatted” with someone who assured me they update me on tracking and it would be here by the end of the week. I emailed them and ask them to refund my money. Of course they acted like it was their courier fault. And said they would check on it. Really they already “checked” on it.

GBDon't just take my word, read other reviews as well Read other reviews. They falsely advertise remote control models that they do not possess and clearly have no intention of updating their website to reflect this. They send you a different model (which you can get many places cheaper) and tell you to use it instead. What this company is doing is classic bait and switch and is actually illegal and I will be reporting it.

CALiars. Your remotes are cheap copies… Liars who wasted my time claiming they have original remotes with pictures of the original. As posted they send you a cheap replacement you can buy elsewhere. AVOID
