GBSave your money Would not buy anything from this company. Spent £400 on a CCTV system. 2 years later the DVR stopped working. Tech support were useless. Zosi don’t sell a stand alone DVR replacement so the only option they gave me was to buy another full £400 system with a measly 10% discount! Why would I do that when I have 8 wired in cameras which should work with a replacement box. The issue is compounded by the fact that other manufacturers boxes aren’t compatible with the Zosi cameras. Wouldn’t waste your money on anything from this company.

GBNot a good product Not a good product, if you want to see live stream only it’s fine, quality is reasonable. However if you want to review historical motion detection ie earlier in the day or week, it’s next to useless, as you can’t find motion recordings on phone app and it freezes mid viewing also the sound and picture play at different rates. Now bought an Imou ip camera with flood light, brilliant compared to ZosiSmart rubbish.

GBGreat value reliable system with good customer support Had two zosi CCTV systems, the current one since 2019. Always worked flawlessly. Easy enough to install, I set up in my attic including a small TV, ran the camera cables out of the fascia boards so not visible from outside. Had to contact support recently as I couldn't access any menus, got a response the next day, took a few different things but the final one worked. Support (Hedy) was great, replied quickly each time and figured out how to fix it.

GBBeware Bought a camera system one of the cameras did not work. Contacted customer service on Nov 26 followed all request by Doris but still have not received a camera. Now dealing with Jolin. Both promised to help if I gave them 5 star review. Seems like coercion always saying we will help you later

GBBrought a PTZ camera and the tilt… Brought a PTZ camera and the tilt stopped working in a couple of days then it stopped connecting to the app Emailed them and spoke to Coco, the clown I can only presume. Slow communication as they were in china and the emails were sent at 3 in the morning Finally managed to get a refund but terrible customer service and terrible quality product.
