AUWay too slow and scummy restocking… Way too slow and scummy restocking policy Ordered online, every part was listed as in-stock, ordered for in-person pickup. 2 days later, no communication, no reply to ticket, order _still_ isn't ready, half the parts as still 'unallocated'. Was going to cancel the order and get it elsewhere, when I find they want to charge a 20% (!) re-stocking policy for all the 'allocated' parts (Note: these parts have never left their warehouse, but they still want to charge 20% to cancel an undelivered order!) Learned my lesson: Will have to continue waiting for this one, but never again. I recommend other people take their business to places that have less scummy policies and don't lie about parts clearly not being in-stock.

AUReturn policy is confusing and misleading. Awful customer service, stay away. Multiple unclear email notifications on order status change (got 4 emails on every status change and was not clear what status means that it is ready for pickup). AUThe service here is terrible The service here is terrible! You can't call them which is insane, plus, when something is shown as in stock and one orders click n collect, it can take days to get that email needed to go pick it up! They need to revamp their customer service and allow customers to actually call them.

AUExtremely poor processing times and Customer Service I placed an order on the 22/07/2021 and 7 days later it's still processing. Contacted support numerous times and have been told different stories. Was also told my order had been forwarded to the warehouse with high priority on two occasions. Yet my order is yet to be sent. On the website it says 1-2 processing days, yes I can understand that due to the lockdown there may be some delays however a week gone by and my order still hasn't processed? Don't recommend ordering from here unless you're willing to wait a long time.

AUThey're regularly a bit slower than… They're regularly a bit slower than their claimed times on the website - which is frustrating enough that I often buy elsewhere. Otherwise - reasonable range and prices. Have successfully exchanged a faulty product.
