DKSome of the best out there I have used UAD plugins and hardware for many years now, and can absolutely say that it is some of the very best out there. Customer support is not the best I have experienced, but not as terrible as some make them out to be here. They always reply and try their best to solve any problem you have...but sometimes they just don't seem to be able to fix them. But somehow I have always managed to find a remedy, and keep on rocking. For a seasoned professional like me, no other company makes re-creations of familiar hardware like UAD ...and in many cases the same brand name made the originals. The new addition of native versions has really boosted the usefulness and capacity a lot...so cheers for that! The new addition of instruments is great...and some of them like the Waterfall organ and Rhodes, are the best I have heard. Lately the prices have become very reasonable...so that's a + too.

GBUA Universal Audio Plugins are the best Pro choice ! IMO, Universal Audio is the leading Audio Plugin Software Developer for Professional Mixing and Mastering Engineers and Musicians. Their customer support is second to none. Their products are State of the Art! If you are serious and new to recording music, RESEARCH UA before you waste your time and hard earned cash. GBUAD customer support is absolutely horrible UAD customer support is absolutely horrible. All you can deal with is the Bot that tells you the same thing over and over that didn't help. I put in a support ticket and still no help. I got a response from that damn Bot again. I spent a lot of money at this company and to receive such cruddy support is not acceptable.

GBI have had this for 3 years and still sucks and poor support From the moment I bought the product it was dysfunctional. There is no way to contact support besides long back and forth email threads that take up to much time. Your products are thousands of dollars and you can't invest in support? You guys suck and are absolutely the worst company. Your support bot is crap and I design them for businesses for a living and they are actually helpful. Your articles and help videos don't go over hard resets and I spent over 5 hours testing everything out. I bought a new cable too. I have had this for over 3 years now and I have to say this product is trash. It has great sound but is highly unreliable.

DEI have to express my deep concern… I have to express my deep concern related to consistent prolonged support response from the UAD Support, and the quality of troubleshooting assistance provided by the Support team. Personally I encountered persistent delays for days and weeks, and this impacts my ability to use their products and interfaces, and is very frustrating. This has been going on since I remember, and no action has been taken from the UAD. In other words: Disrespect and arrogance toward us customers!
