GRTotal failure Worst e-commerce experience. Order placed 2 weeks ago (and paid) for a product which was tagged as available for next day delivery. Failed to deliver on promised date so the order was cancelled. Two weeks later and the product has not yet returned to them by their 3pl so they cannot proceed to the credit of the my order. Moreover their cc agents are completely rude.

GRDo not buy a gift card A friend bought a gift card for me, but due to a "technical problem" as they call it, I cannot buy anything. They deny any return to the gift card buyer or any other similar solution. The issue persists after 20 days. The customer service has left me calling for 10 days (and counting) without providing any actual help. I am just waiting for them to resolve their own issue and when they finally call me they ask me for feedback on their problem.

GREverything 's wrong I ordered five English books for my daughter's summer vacations last July. One and a half month later they sent me an email that I will get the books sometime in the middle of September. Called them and ask them not to send them and asked to use the money for something else. They accepted. 3-4 days later a courier send me a message that I have an package from Public. Ask the courier not to send the package and I called back Public to tell them that I will use the money for school books and stuff. They accepted and told me that they will send me a refund. At the begging of October, I called Public again to ask my money back because at that time they hadn't sent me the refund and I'd finished the school's buying. They accepted. After over 50 calls, I managed to get my money back yesterday, 21st of December and after having me waiting at the store for over a hour! Stay away from Public's Web orders! Stay away from Public's call center!

CAReceived a damaged product over a month… Received a damaged product over a month ago and still trying to have it picked up for return. They stopped returning my emails. Will now have to try to have the credit card charge reversed. Horrible customer service.

PLPublic Customer Service is absolutely unacceptable ... Bought set of books for my KID for school (19 books). They didn't sent me one book and I have contacted via online claim procedure then via phone and still nothing. I filed my claim on August 30th and now on September 8th nobody is coming back to me with any answer. Their customer service is absolutely zero, unacceptable
