GREverything 's wrong I ordered five English books for my daughter's summer vacations last July. One and a half month later they sent me an email that I will get the books sometime in the middle of September. Called them and ask them not to send them and asked to use the money for something else. They accepted. 3-4 days later a courier send me a message that I have an package from Public. Ask the courier not to send the package and I called back Public to tell them that I will use the money for school books and stuff. They accepted and told me that they will send me a refund. At the begging of October, I called Public again to ask my money back because at that time they hadn't sent me the refund and I'd finished the school's buying. They accepted. After over 50 calls, I managed to get my money back yesterday, 21st of December and after having me waiting at the store for over a hour! Stay away from Public's Web orders! Stay away from Public's call center!

GRMy purchased items should have arrived… My purchased items should have arrived 7 days after ordering. After 30 days with no update and false information given by an agent the items were not even send. As an excuse they said multiple times there is no availability wich after just making a new order seemed to have been a lie.

GRAbsolutely terrible experience!! Honestly you guys, I have no idea how you’re still surviving in this field... Your customer services and deliveries are one of the worst to ever exist! Your products sales are a total FRAUD!! The prices are extremely high and I’ve been trying to order something for more than two months and you practically make it impossible for me! Your external partners take for ages to prepare a delivery and you seem to stand by and just watch and do absolutely NOTHING!! So so frustrating… You definitely know how to get on people’s nerves!! Just sell the company to someone more worthy, organised and capable!! Utterly, embarrassed of you and your company’s values and policies!! Never ordering from you again, not even visiting one of your stores for window shopping!! I strongly advise people to stay away from this chaotic situation!!!

GRTotal failure Worst e-commerce experience. Order placed 2 weeks ago (and paid) for a product which was tagged as available for next day delivery. Failed to deliver on promised date so the order was cancelled. Two weeks later and the product has not yet returned to them by their 3pl so they cannot proceed to the credit of the my order. Moreover their cc agents are completely rude.
