Doubt they are legit - Wish I could give "0" Stars BEWARE- the "positive" reviews of FancyCost are likely posted by their friends and employees -- I am a real customer. Fancycost.com (and dozens of other similar Chinese-run websites, all offering the same products all run by the same shop?) lists products for sale, takes your money (via PayPal) and then never answers emails or provides any order updates. I waited 3 days, heard nothing, checked my PP receipt and found a totally different email address, wrote requesting an update and immediately got a refund and "sorry, out of stock" response, EVEN THOUGH the website store showed (AND STILL SHOWS!) the item I ordered as in-stock and.... offering bulk pricing tiers if you buy large quatities (of out-of-stock items!!!!) If you take a chance and order and actually get an item you must be in the small, small minority. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY.

Perfect Purchase Love the Company This is the third time I have had to file a claim with fancycost, My first claim is for my phone , second is for my taplet, this one is for my sister's tablet, they answered my question quickly & in depth. Service was professional, easy and simple.they sent me a 32GB TF card for free , I can put the TF card to the tablet to extand the space. It made my sister very happy, and I am beyond satisfied with it and I'm extremely happy! I highly recommend fancycost to my friend

SCAM SCAM SCAM Ordered a phone case over a month ago and never received it. They have no tracking numbers and barely any contact info. I sent an email that they responded to over a week later. They assured it would be here and it never came. Don't waste your MONEY or TIME!!! The good reviews on here are the first ones, definitely their own friends or family!

Buyer beware!! Ordered Asus fonepad back in November.Arrived in well used condition, faulty and when it did operate both Browser and app store were locked in Chinese language. Was not helpful and would not refund. Bad Bad seller.
