GBBeware Ordering Haier W910 Android phones from FancyCost for UK use I ordered two Haier W910 Android phones from FancyCost, when they arrived they were in perfect condition but were incompatible for Uk use due to basic software programed into the phone, when I contacted FancyCost for a return and refund I got one email asking me to try to fix it myself with basic instructions then No more communication from them after numerous requests. To service@fancycost.com 30 Dec 2013 Dear FancyCost, I received both Haier W910 phones on 27th Dec 2013 your order numbers 129663 and 1296903 but they are not of any use in the UK area as both phones are programed with a basic software that does not function with the western Google android system and has an eastern based basic program. I previously ordered a Haier W910 from a different supplier which works perfectly and is programed for the western Google system and basic program. Could I return both phones for a refund and if so could you give me the return address and details of how to do this ? However could you please have a try to figure it out like : 1) To update the pbones' system; 2) To get rid of any packages you don't need or want on the system. After that, re-boot. GBBuyer beware!! Ordered Asus fonepad back in November.Arrived in well used condition, faulty and when it did operate both Browser and app store were locked in Chinese language. Was not helpful and would not refund. Bad Bad seller.
