Extremely poor customer service When my daughter opened her scooter for Christmas it was missing parts, upon contacting Segway who we ordered directly through we were informed to address our issue with another email. After a week we heard back requesting part details, serial numbers, invoice details and personal details - all of which were on their system. Issue has still not been resolved and my daughter continues to be unable to ride her scooter. Absolutely disgusting service from a company that sells expensive and quality items.

Beware, Chinese app controlled These Chinese scooters require a Chinese controlled app to operate. Beware app can be changed and disable your scooter, or slow your scooter . Chinese bought Segway, there is no American involvement, support, parts, service, nothing. Chinese tech help is just a call center, no tech help at all. Do not buy Chinese app controlled products.

Sent out my Ninebot Max to be serviced Sent out my Ninebot Max to be serviced. They lost it, then found it roughly 2 months later. Sent it back to me broken. FedEx took claim and paid Segway for the scooter. I then keep being told I’ll get a tracking number for a new scooter in the next day or 3 and it’s now been 2 months. 6 months in total since I sent this scooter in to be fixed. I am still without a scooter and they refuse to send me one or let me speak to a manager. And I am being told different things every time I call in.

Avoid ALL segway products Got a segway kick scooter (Model F30S) - total disaster. On a full charge, I get 7 miles (if I am lucky) (this is on FLAT terrain) Had several exchanges with segway - bottom line they said - Too bad, you bought it from some non authorized dealer (it was BRAND NEW) I had heard that segway services their products no matter where one purchases it from Wrong. I'd say stay away from Segway - I have lost trust in the company Dean Kamen founded - it seems it has the segway brand name, but else a piece of junk

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. By far the worse experience I have ever had. I have been dealing with someone named David, who tells me the company has sent me emails, when they haven't. Took forever to provide me with a label for me to PRINT! I sent the scooter back, which I PAID for only to be billed again to have it fixed. I've asked to speak to corporate only to have David continue to respond to me. If anyone has any advice, please share. Its frustrating because my daughter needs the scooter to go from class to class and the scooter has been in their possession since December. Stay away from the company so you need have to deal with the customer service.
