Instead, they require both image and video documentation for you to be in possession of their faulty delivery, which they require you to test. They suspect you, even if they are the ones who made a mistake. If you pass this interrogation, you may be allowed to fill in an awkward address, and then you will have to pay to send their error shipment back to them. Here you must remember to get documentation of your shipment, otherwise you will never see your correct items. Only when they have received the wrong shipment that you paid for that they made, will they send you the goods you ordered and paid for. I do not know what is legal in Germany, but in Denmark it is not. I will not delete this review until you send me the item I have ordered, if it exists at all.

Batteries are rubbish Bought a battery for my dyson Hoover it lasted a few weeks so I thought I should have bought the bigger more expensive one , so I paid €100 for the bigger one it worked fine for the first charge then started to fail on the second charge it lasted a few weeks , what a joke don’t waste your money folks the batteries are rubbish
