GBI see that I'm not the only one who… I see that I'm not the only one who experiencing a problem with this company. After almost a month, I received yhe headset without any instructions or documents above the headset. No has responded to my inquiries for help. I can't get the headset paired to my phone. What the HELL Cellxpo!! Reporting your company to the better business bureau. Shame in you!

GBScam artist - Joel Kremer The company shipped me a non-functional display unit in an open package. The customer service (i.e. Joel Kremer - CEO, tech support) insisted that the headset simply needed to be charged for 24 hours... This was a display unit like they have in cell phone stores that are only for display purposes. Unbelievable.

GBIf I could give NEGATIVE stars If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would!!! 🤬🤬 I ordered two refurbished Plantronic Explorer 50 Bluetooth Headsets Dec 29. I should’ve received my order in January-it NEVER CAME! My USPS confirmation said it was delivered, but as I stated to the customer service, I’ve had mail delivered to me, the wrong address, which clearly stated other’s address’, SEVERAL times. They didn’t send me my product, refused to issue me a refund, and now I’m seeking further action. DO-NOT-PURCHASE-FROM-THEM!!

GBSOAKING WET I ordered a waterproof Phone case. The case shipped quickly. It arrive undamaged on the outer mailing packaging. When I opened it, the inside box for the phone case had some visible wear and tear, and water damage. I though it was just because it's an older phone case. When I opened the packaging, the case inside was FILLED WITH WATER, the actual phone case, the waterprood phone case was retaining water. The paper and packaging inside the box where all soaking wet. This product had clearly been in a flood, and was submerged underwater, and they sold it anyways.

GBGreat Customer Service I recently purchased a bluetooth and unfortunately the unit would not go into pairing mode. With no questions asked, the CSR replaced the product before even receiving the defected return. I am confident the new model will perform satisfactorily and am pleased with this vendor. I will recommend Cellxpo to my friends and colleagues.
