GBMy husband ordered a Alta HR Fitbit for… My husband ordered a Alta HR Fitbit for me for.Christmas. It came not in original packaging but in a baggie that had no instructions or manual. It will not hold a charge. By the time he gave it to me on Christmas Day their 14 day return policy had expired. I called them and they said to send them an email so they could notify the vendor. I sent the email and minutes later I received a response that “the device was in good working order when shipped” and “we have never had a problem with this unit before” basically told me I was past their 14 day return period and”suggest you contact Fitbit”. I believe the Fitbit was a refurbished one, hence no packaging or manual. This is a crap company who does not disclose that the products are not new. I will never buy from them again and strongly recommend anyone reading this to beware.

GBSatisfied with Customer Service Response At first I was skeptical about CellXpo when I did not receive my order. Wrote an email to customer service and found out that the Jabra BT 8040 Bluetooth headset that I had order was not in stock. CellXpo offered another Jabra headset instead but elected to change the order to getting the Bluetooth_Car_Kit-TZ700 speaker system with no additional charge. I confident that the product will arrive in a timely manner. I would buy from them again in the future.

GBCustomer Service is Horrible Customer Service is Horrible! No way to contact customer service. Had to email on numerous occasions. Tracking # provided but tracking only said that shipping label has been processed. Took over 3 weeks to get the product and paid a high shipping charge

GBUnderstand you are buying defective product in some way. Understand that buying from this company means you are buying a used/returned product that is defective in some way. Most importantly, DO NOT expect any sort of support or backing from them. I expected that I was buying a new product and that is not the case. It is best to order products from amazon where problemed items can be easily returned. They will respond to this negative review with a dismissive way stating the fault is mine.

GBSOAKING WET I ordered a waterproof Phone case. The case shipped quickly. It arrive undamaged on the outer mailing packaging. When I opened it, the inside box for the phone case had some visible wear and tear, and water damage. I though it was just because it's an older phone case. When I opened the packaging, the case inside was FILLED WITH WATER, the actual phone case, the waterprood phone case was retaining water. The paper and packaging inside the box where all soaking wet. This product had clearly been in a flood, and was submerged underwater, and they sold it anyways.
