GBSends wrong items then ignores you I ordered an item (headphones). The item I ordered wasn't available, so instead of letting me know and asking how I'd like to proceed, they sent an older cheaper model that the specific one I paid for. I immediately requested a refund and a return shipping label. They took several days to get back to me, then said it was close enough. I replied it wasn't what I specifically ordered and paid for. No response from them, just completely ignored.

GBTERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! Motorola headset I ordered was not in Motorola packaging, missing pieces, and buttons don’t work. They offered me an RMA number to return the headset for “inspection” but the RMA number is only valid for 7 days. This company is a total scam selling broken electronics, having customers return the product, giving no refunds, and reselling the broken products to the next person. I wish a bolt of lightening would set their “store” on fire. They deserve it!!!

GBIf I could give NEGATIVE stars If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would!!! 🤬🤬 I ordered two refurbished Plantronic Explorer 50 Bluetooth Headsets Dec 29. I should’ve received my order in January-it NEVER CAME! My USPS confirmation said it was delivered, but as I stated to the customer service, I’ve had mail delivered to me, the wrong address, which clearly stated other’s address’, SEVERAL times. They didn’t send me my product, refused to issue me a refund, and now I’m seeking further action. DO-NOT-PURCHASE-FROM-THEM!!

GBTerrible company Terrible company! Sold a reconditioned headset to me as though it was a new one on sale. Listed the regular price with a line through it and their price next to it without telling me it’s reconditioned. Then when I tried to contact them their website was mysteriously down for a number of days. My credit card company did not support me because Cellxpo said I didn’t contact them first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My headset now doesn’t work just a few months after buying them!

GBItem received in a plastic baggie...Missing components. Ordered new Samsung wireless earbuds and they came in a plastic baggie. When I asked them about this they indicated this was the "bulk shipping" noted in the item description--they remove it from the packaging. However, components that are typically included with a new item were missing and there was no owner's manual. Reached out to them for a return RMA# because I was expecting an intact new item, in a box, and have not yet heard from them. I will update if and when I hear from them...
