Good website and lightning fast service I ordered a replacement power supply and decided to upgrade to a higer watt unit to help my computer. I used the cross reference chart and decided on the 630WPS - ATX Power Supply - 630 Watt. This power supply is narrow compared to the original (as stated on site) so I needed to do a little mod to mount it into my chassis. The order was processed quickly and shipped within 24hrs of my order. I would definately use ATX again.

bait and switch All the text on the page with all the information and the very last line of the description of the item says "This is out so we will send out the..." I ordered from you because I thought I was getting the genuine item, not a knock-off. Make it noticeable when you are sending a replacement.

Fraud Ordered and paid for a cable, never received it and they wont answer any of my mails

Terrible Product & Service Purchased power supply as defined by their system that matched my computer. Wiring terminal was incorrect. Mounting holes were not complete and the ones that were there were stripped. Contacted them and they were very good about the problem in the begining. Once I returned the product, I have received nothing...No REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT! No e-mail, No return phone call after many messages that I have left. They will not return any phone calls or e-mails. I am out the cost of the product & the shipping cost for the return. BUYER BEWARE!!!! NOT A GOOD COMPANY To do business with! They also pay/refund for reviews at $3.00 for each posting on multiple websites, including this one. Can you trust a rating that they pay for?

Rip Off. Faulty product, and NO service. Shipped a faulty product, loose in a large box with NO packing, which exploded on power-up, due to a broken transistor. No response to email. Bought a replacement from PC Power and Cooling instead. THEY were top rate. I wouldn't waste my money with them again.
